About Michael Kuenne

Truth has a voice. And mine doesn’t flinch.

I’m Michael Kuenne, a photojournalist, video journalist, and columnist who reports from the frontline of civilization. My lens captures protests, my pen dissects propaganda, and my voice speaks with unapologetic moral clarity. Working for international wire services and media giants, I shine a hard light on antisemitism, extremism, terrorism, and the shifting tides between the West and the world.

If you've read The Times of Israel, you've likely read my op-eds. If you’ve scrolled CNN, The Washington Post, USA Today, The Guardian, or seen a news segment on NBC News or MSNBC, you've probably seen my photos and videos. They’ve appeared everywhere, from breaking news banners to high-profile print spreads, because when the world is on fire, clarity is no longer optional.

Where Others Hesitate, I Report

The truth doesn’t need permission, it needs a platform.. Because silence never saved anyone.

What sets my work apart? I don’t chase trends. I pursue truth. I document what too many avoid: the open calls for a second Holocaust on Western streets, the glorification of jihad in classrooms, and the ideological betrayal of Jews by the very societies that swore "Never Again." I cover the uncomfortable realities many journalists won’t touch, and I do it with intellect, precision, and a fire that comes from deep personal conviction.

I have interviewed U.S. officials. I've exposed Islamist influence on European soil. I’ve documented violence against Jews, antisemitic chants in the streets, and the cowardice of institutions too afraid to act. My camera doesn't look away, and my writing doesn't soften the blow. It shouldn’t because truth demands courage.

On this website, you’ll find my photography and video work, raw, honest, sometimes beautiful, often brutal. You’ll also find the same words that have rattled governments and resonated with survivors, soldiers, mothers, and readers.

So if you're here searching for Michael Kuenne, the journalist whose name now appears in headlines and footnotes, on bylines and banners, know this:

You’ve found a journalist who speaks American English with moral urgency, a voice that defends Jewish dignity in a collapsing Europe. A photographer who doesn’t just document history, he challenges it.

This is my portfolio. But more than that, this is a battleground for memory, clarity, and truth.
